We're currently accepting applications for three pilot projects. If you're a renovation contractor, restoration company, landscaper, or home-service business with quality work and a story worth telling, this is an opportunity to help launch Project Story Co. and receive a Project Story that builds trust with future clients.

How It Works
If you're selected, we'll work together through four simple steps to turn your project into a Project Story you can use to build trust with future clients.

Tell me about your business and the project you'd like to feature.
2. Connect
We'll schedule a short call to learn about your project and make sure it's the right fit for both of us.
3. Craft
Together, we'll turn your project into a Project Story that showcases the value behind your work.
4. Share
You'll receive your completed Project Story, ready to use across your website, proposals, and marketing.
A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Is there any cost to participate?
No. The pilot program is offered at no cost to the three selected partners. In return, you'll provide access to your project and grant permission for Project Story Co. to include the finished work in its portfolio and marketing.
How are the three pilot partners selected?
I'm looking for businesses that take pride in their work, value the process behind it, and are open to collaborating. Every application will be reviewed, with the three pilot partners selected based on the overall fit for this pilot program.
Can my project qualify?
Yes. Active projects are a strong fit because the process, decisions, and details can be captured as they happen. Recently completed projects may also qualify if there are enough photos, videos, notes, or project details to help reconstruct the story. For this pilot, projects with a clear story and manageable scope are the strongest fit.
Who owns the finished content?
You'll receive your completed Project Story and can use it across your website, proposals, presentations, and marketing. Project Story also retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio and promotional materials.
How much of my time will this require?
Very little. Most of the work happens on my side. I'll simply need time to learn about your project, understand the story behind it, and gather any photography, video, or information needed to create your Project Story.
What if my project isn't selected?
If your project isn't selected for the pilot, there may still be an opportunity to work together in the future. The pilot is limited to three partners, but I'd be happy to stay in touch if you're looking for better ways to communicate the value behind your work.
